  Based on Louise Fitzhugh's children's book, this is the story of Harriet (Michelle Trachtenberg), a 13-year-old girl who prowls her neighborhood spying on its happenings and making entries in her notebook. When her notebook is discovered, Harriet must pay the consequences.
