  Set in modern times, Frankenstein's grandson, Oliver Frankenstein (Donald Murphy), is living in Los Angeles where he creates a new monster by killing teenager Trudy (Sandra Knight) who then sets off on a killing spree. John Ashley appears as Trudy's boyfriend, Johnny Bruder, who tries to stop Oliver from completing his evil deed.
