When Glenister arrives in Alaska, his partners Slapjack Simms and Joe Dextry (Slim Summerville and James Kirkwood) inform him that they are in danger of losing their mine because U.S. marshal Voorhees (Jack Holmes), Judge Stillman (Lloyd Ingraham), and politician Alec McNamara (William "Stage" Boyd) are conspiring to gain ownership of the mines in the area. Helen suggests that they take the matter to court, but that turns out to be impossible.   i would be happy to rate this movie if i could ever see it. i am 65 & this is the only
gary cooper movie i have never(of sound pictures). why isn't it ever shown on
tv or out on dvd. i like the john wayne version but i really want to see the 1930 version with gary cooper.
.......please.......!
