Best friends Eugene (Zach Cregger) and Tucker (Trevor Moore) are seniors in high school who have very different personalities. Tucker's life revolves around his interests in girls and Playboy magazines, while Eugene is a good boy who does not participate in sex with his girlfriend Cindi (Raquel Alessi). When Cindi talks Eugene into agreeing to have sex with her on prom night, a very nervous Eugene accepts help from Tucker who serves him liquor. As a result, a drunken Eugene falls down the stairs and goes into a four-year coma. When Eugene finally awakens, once-virgin Cindi is now a Playboy Playmate, and Tucker leads him on an outrageous cross-country road trip with plans to crash a party at the Playboy Mansion and win back Cindi.
