Partners-in-crime Ace and Scratch (Casper Van Dien and Robert Englund) are caught after the above-noted chase, thus thwarting their attempt to rob a tropical island casino. But, instead of being sent to jail, the casino owner hires them as casino security agents. Will they be able to stop the next attempt at robbing the casino? And don't forget the hurricane that is approaching.
