He died in a rodeo accident in 1989. Not much here except for Luke Perry fans.

The title comes from Alice's fight against being force fed while on a hunger strike after being jailed with her suffragettes when they picketed the White House. While she showed courage, the real courage was that of the suffragettes as a whole whose efforts resulted in the ratification of the 19th Constitutional Amendment on July 26, 1920, giving women the right to vote.
