  Frederick Loren (Vincent Price) has offered $10,000 each to five people IF they will spend one night in his haunted house that has been the site of a number of murders. They want the money and appear at the appointed time and place, but, unbeknownst to Frederick, his wife Annabelle (Carol Ohmart) has her own plans for collecting the reward money. The doors are locked at midnight, and now screams, severed heads, a skeleton, and even a strangling noose fill the dark night.
