Jules Verne's classic tale is again brought to the screen via this made-for-TV miniseries with Pierce Brosnan in the role of Phileas Fogg and Eric Idle as Phileas' butler. The two take off on an adventure around the world in 80 days after Phileas makes a bet with his club members. Robert Morley was also in the original 1956 version.
