This 3-D film is about three young houseflies–Nat (voice of Trevor Gagnon), Scooter (voice of David Gore), and I.Q. (voice of Philip Bolden)–who are stowaways on Apollo 11's first manned space mission to the Moon. They got the idea from their Grandpa (voice of Christopher Lloyd) who had told them stories about when he stowed away on Amelia Earhart's Trans-Atlantic flight. As they board the spaceship, Nat, Scooter, and I.Q. encounter problems when they are discovered and placed in a test tube where they remain until an electrical short interferes with the ship's engine. They escape the tube and repair the faulty wire. All goes well for awhile–until the Russians send fly-spy Yegor (voice of Tim Curry) to sabotage the flight in an effort to prevent the Americans from returning to Earth. Will Yegor succeed, or will Nat, Scooter, and I.Q. come to the rescue?
