The Gangster era of the 1920s is depicted by children, dressed in pinstriped suits and flapper dresses, who use "splat guns" that spurt cream in preparation for a "cream massacre." Bugsy Malone (Scott Baio) learns that another gang is using a gun that shoots sweets, and he sets out to get his hands on the weapon as he gains power over rivals "Fat Sam" (John Cassisi) and "Dandy Dan" (Martin Lev). 1 User Review
