Jack, now known as Cherokee (Addison Randall) tries to lead them to safety, and now the gang sets out to eliminate Cherokee. They kidnap Buckskin (Hal Price) who has teamed up with Cherokee, and he overhears them talking about killing the Kid's parents. Cherokee rescues Buckskin, and he tells Cherokee the truth about his brother. The gang attacks, but the brothers bond together in battling the outlaws. Jimmy is mortally wounded while avenging his parents' death, but Jack's future looks brighter, and he asks Mary to marry him.
