Island of the Living Horror

Director: Eddie Romero, Gerardo de Leon
Cast: John Ashley, Kent Taylor, Beverly Powers, Eva Darren, Mario Montenegro, Oscar Keesee, Jr., Andres Centenera, Bruno Punzalan, Pedro Navarro, Carmelita Estrella

This is the first of a series of Philippine/US "Blood" films from director and producer Eddie Romero. This one may be the worst of the bad lot, as John Ashley–who made a career (after some "Beach" movies) of Romero's work–must save the day. Exposure to nuclear radiation turns people into ugly, mutated monsters that feast on scantily clad women.
