In this, the first of a Japanese animated series, giant Labor robots working on a massive reclamation project go on a rampage, and police investigators are assigned to find out what is going on. It seems that the software programmed into thousands of robots worldwide contain a virus that is about to cause major problems. But the genius who programmed the robots committed suicide, and the race is on to prevent the catastrophe. Excellent animation.
