This film is an amusing story of how con-artist Alan Conway (John Malkovich) passed himself off for years as filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. Working out of London during the 1990s, Conway swindled numerous unsuspecting people who were captivated with the thought of being close to the famous film director and failed to check out his true identity.
