Joanna (Sarah Michelle Gellar) is a successful sales representative for a tucking company, but her private life is not as successful. She is estranged from her father (Sam Shepard), and her ex-boyfriend (Adam Scott) stalks her in hopes of winning her back. She begins to have visions of the murder of a young woman and senses that she may be the next target. The answers may lie in her home state of Texas in the town of the murdered woman.
