In this sci-fi, action thriller, 13-year-old Cassie Holmes (Dakota Fanning) arrives in Hong Kong trying to find Kira (Camilla Belle) who has escaped from the Division, which is an American operation determined to transform telekinetic humans into weapons. Cassie meets Nick (Chris Evans) who has been in hiding since the Division killed his father years ago. The two join forces in the search for Kira.
