In this sequel to "Johnny Tsunami," Brandon Baker is back in his role of a Vermont snowboarding champion. This time, Johnny returns to Hawaii to attend his grandfather's wedding. When he meets his new family, Johnny encounters problems with obnoxious 12-year-old Chris who is his new uncle and whose life is devoted to dirt boarding. Chris causes problems at the wedding, which prove only to be a hint of more troubles to come. Will Johnny be able to step in and make peace in the new family?

As Johnny tries skiing, he comes up with something better, almost like a surfboard!
