Most of the original cast return in this animated Disney direct-to-video/DVD sequel. The son of Esmeralda and Phoebus, Zephyr (voice of Haley Joel Osment), now helps Quasimodo (voice of Tom Hulce) ring the cathedral bell. Zephyr and Quasimodo visit a traveling circus owned by the evil Sarousch (voice of Michael McKean), and Quasimodo falls for Sarousch's assistant Madellaine (voice of Jennifer Love Hewitt). But, Sarousch is plotting to steal the cathedral bell and forces Madellaine to help him. Quasimodo attempts to foil the plot and looks beyond the obvious in his quest to find true love with Madellaine. OK for the young ones.
