It is the year 2056, and there is an epidemic of organ failures on the planet. President Rotti Largo (Paul Sorvino) of GeneCo offers easy financing for transplant surgery but retains the right to repossess the organ if payments are not made on time. His hired assassin Repo Man (Anthony Head) stops at nothing to retrieve the organs. Rotti is dying, and his sons Luigi (Bill Moseley) and Pavi (Nivek Ogre)–along with his daughter Amber (Paris Hilton)–are fighting for control of GeneCo. Meanwhile, Repo Man has his own problems involving his 17-year-old daughter Shilo (Alexa Vega) who suffers from a rare blood disease, and Blind Mag (Sarah Brightman), who is Shilo's godmother, is his next target.
