When they reach the grave, they discover that the remains are no longer there. Meanwhile, the island's inhabitants are dying. Are they victims of a plague caused by corpses on a nearby battlefield, or are the deaths being caused by Kyra? The closing scene of Mrs. St. Auburn (Katherine Emery) being buried alive brings a chilling climax to this horror story.

Ellman is intent on avenging his untimely demise, tracks down the gangsters, and scares them to death. Finally, Nolan and his cohort, Loder (Barton MacLane), kill Ellman, but then their car crashes into a power line, and they are also killed.
