This very low budget, 12-episode serial pokes a little fun at the sci-fi films of the early 1950s. Defenses on Earth are being destroyed, and super commando Cody (George Wallace), with his flying suit, is assigned the task of finding out why it is happening. It turns out that the power-crazed Retik (Roy Barcroft), the ruler of the Moon, is softening up Earth's defenses in order to wage war. Can Cody and his arsenal of inventions save the Earth?
