This is a limp story of a gambler, Ace (Cary Grant), who poses as a businessman on a train. He meets Eleanor (Benita Hume), who is posing as a socialite but is really the mistress for a man who owns a failing gambling ship. She convinces Ace to buy the ship in order to get business from Pete (Jack La Rue), an enemy of Ace. Some fine moments and LaRue is a great villain.
