Then there is his friend, Senay (Audrey Tautou), who is a Turkish illegal immigrant finding survival by offering sexual favors to her sweatshop boss. As if that's not enough, the hotel manager (Sergi Lopez) buys human kidneys from desperate donors, which he sells on the black market. Despite all, Okwe and Senay are survivors.
