  Terrorist attacks are breaking out across England, and two members of the CIA, brothers Drew and Harry (Patrick Bergin and John Shea), enter the fray to find out what is going on. They are joined by the girlfriend, Karin (Virginia Madsen), of their CIA brother who was killed by the terrorists. What they find is a vast organization of neo-Nazis. Based on a Robert Ludlum novel by the same name.
