Sleazy Uncle Gary (Brian Cox) hatches a scheme to make money by convincing his nephew, Steve (Johnny Knoxville), to pose as a developmentally challenged person and enter the Special Olympics. However, it turns out that there is more to his competitors than meets the eye. Not only are they very good athletes, but they spot Steve as an imposter and then help him win against six-time defending champion Jimmy Washington (Leonard Flowers).
