He uses a hidden camera to photograph the unsuspecting Ramsey talking to the film's actors. Even when Ramsey disappears, Bowfinger remains undaunted and searches for and finds a double to play Ramsey's "role."

Ryan falls for the boss, Page (Angie Harmon), in this comedy that's better than most direct-to-video films.
