  The animation in great in this full-length version of a video series.   With its theme taken from Fritz Lang's 1927 silent film and based on Osamu Tezuka's 1949 comic book, this film is about the futuristic city-state, Metropolis. The plot involves a plan for humanoids to take over the city. A young boy, Kenichi (voice of Brianne Siddall) and his uncle Sunshu Ban (voice of Tony Pope) search to find the answers to the mystery behind robot girl Tima (voice of Rebecca Forstadt). The Japanese animation is great. Actors reflect the English Language version.
