But wait, Hlynur's mother (Hanna Maria Karlsdottir) now announces that she and Lola are in love and will be spending the rest of their lives together. Meanwhile, Hofi (Thrudur Vilhjalmdottir) announces she is pregnant and insists that Hlynur IS the father. Could events possibly be more complicated?

During the investigation, Fred becomes the prime suspect in what Holt has now determined to be a murder case in which the car victim's identity was forged. But, as he gets to know Isold, Holt's professionalism wavers.
