After Capt. George Gort (Bernard Lee) crash lands his plane in India, he is found guilty of pilot error but is not grounded. Gort is killed in another crash, and Dallas looks for similarities between the two crashes. He suspects that the planes' design is the problem and that the designer, Nigel Pickering (Noel Willman), has been covering up the information that points to poor design. Is he correct, and can he prove it in order to clear Capt. Gort's name?
