Diane Keaton is terrific as acronym-spouting, upwardly mobile executive J.C. Wiatt who becomes the mother of an adorable baby girl who she inherits from her cousin. When she eventually must choose between work and her growing love for the baby, she moves to Vermont and starts a successful baby food company.
