Counterterrorist Jack-Paul Quinn (Jean-Claude Van Damme) has retired from the CIA but accepts a final assignment to put an end to the diabolical international spy, Stavros (Mickey Rourke). The plan fails when Stavros captures Quinn and then kidnaps Quinn's wife Katherine (Natacha Lindinger) and their new baby son. Quinn escapes from the prison camp and then joins forces with weapons supplier Yaz (Dennis Rodman) to retrieve Katherine and their son. Along the way, they dodge land mines and battle a tiger in a Roman coliseum.
