This good, made-for-TV film is based on the book by Mikal Gilmore, brother of the infamous Gary Gilmore who was executed in 1977. It covers the last days of Gary's life, including the activists on both sides of the capital punishment issue, his brothers' efforts to get the execution delayed, and the history of violence that appears to run in the family.
