United States Customs agents Michael "Mickey" Waters (Scott Brady) and Jim Flannery (Richard Rober) try to break up a drug-smuggling ring. Clues lead them to a phony yacht club and Paul Vicola's (Yul Brynner) yacht. Waters and Flannery infiltrate the gang, but Waters is killed leaving Flannery to finish the job and bring Vicola to justice. This was Brynner's feature film debut.
