Ghost Dad   1990     1 star    PG, 84 min.

A box office flop, this film stars Bill Cosby as a father who dies and is reincarnated as a ghost. Unfortunately, the film dies soon after the novelty of the father as the ghost wears off. There are plenty of special effects, which may be enough to keep kids entertained.
