The storm of all storms is about to hit Chicago. A hurricane, tornadoes, and an Arctic cold front appear to be converging on the city. To make matters worse, severe thunderstorms knock out all power, making it difficult to warn citizens of the approaching storms. Our heroes must act quickly to not only save the people of Chicago but keep the entire continent's power grid from going down. A made-for-TV miniseries.
