Dastardly "The Pig" (Harold Sakata) steals a "Freeze Bomb" from the scientist/inventor of the device and sets out to freeze people. But the inventor hid the secrets of the bomb on a chip imbedded under the skin of his assistant, and The Pig is on her trail. Luckily, Detective (and karate expert) Ash (Jim Kelly) is on the case.
