  This is the remake of "Bedtime Story" about a slick Riviera con man Lawrence Jamieson (Michael Caine) and a scruffy American scam artist Freddy Benson (Steve Martin) who meet on a train. Caine realizes that Martin is planning on infiltrating his territory, theorizing that bad crooks give the sophisticated ones a bad name. The entire tale is a series of sequences in which one con man tries to outwit the other. Fun.
