  Bronx hip-hop artist Kenny (Guy Davis) and his dancer brother Lee (Robert Taylor) get involved with college music major Tracy (Rae Dawn Chong) who inspires them to use their talents as the means of rising out of the ghetto. The result is a musical production filled with rap groups, break dancers, and pop singers.

While Kevin may have written Nicky and Gloria off, this time it doesn't work because Nicky has a computer disk Kevin needs. So, the chase is on.
