The story involves the Lobster Man arriving on Earth with the mission of stealing Earth's air due to the loss on air on Mars. His reward: feasting on humans. Of course the film becomes a hit and J.P. is in REAL trouble with the IRS.

There are those fundamentalists, led by Jefferson (John Ireland), who want the real thing and are ready to rise up against the peaceful vampire leader, Count Mardulak (David Carradine), who ordered the blood plant as a method of integrating the vampires into the human world. War it shall be.

They must find clues to show that such a thing can happen, and find just about more than bargained for when they are sent back in time to get the evidence. Things get weird, don't they.
