So, when Tim and Chris find out that a grade of 4.0 will be given if a roommate commits suicide, Tim convinces Chris that they should kill Rand so they can get the grades they need. After Rand disappears but his body is not found, and Rand's girlfriend commits suicide in despair, it becomes clear that there is more going on than meets the eye.
