But, despite Caesar's attentions, Cleopatra yearns for Marc Antony who is far away in Rome.

  Disney Studios made this Robin Hood story into a very enjoyable film, and filming in England adds to the strength of the story. Robin Hood (Richard Todd) devotes his life to helping the poor during the oppressive Prince John's (Hubert Gregg) reign when the Sheriff of Nottingham (Peter Finch) reeks havoc on the citizens. This is the story of Robin Hood, his merrie men, and his true love Maid Marian (Joan Rice) and their efforts to preserve the throne for King Richard (Patrick Barr).    1 User Review

  I have a blog dedeicated to this underrated movie. Full of charm and colour and with a whole host of top British actors it gives the Errol Flynn version a good run for its money!

Unbeknownst to them, Stuart is really con man Vickers Cavendish (Peter Forster), and the bet has been made to use Fogg by framing him for a bank heist. Slapstick prevails in this spoof on the Jules Verne story.
