Imperturbable Lieutenant Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen) is back. Never mind that he is now retired from the police force and married to Jane (Priscilla Presley), he is needed to fight off terrorists and is happy to comply. Drebin goes undercover in a state prison in order to obtain information from the terrorists, led by Rocco (Fred Ward), who are planning to set off a bomb at the Oscars. Nielsen fans will enjoy this one. Several cameo appearances.

Eventually, the two team up to get the job done.
