Jean (Megan Lee Ethridge) and her friends are camping in the mountains when they are abducted by creepy aliens and put in a hospital where their innards are ripped out. Jean wakes up in the hospital and suffers flashbacks. In order to destroy Jean's memory, the aliens place staples in her neck, and the torture and disfigurement continue. Jean does manage to get herself together, kills a guard, and tries to rescue her friends–but is she too late?
