  Leslie Vernon (Nathan Bessel) wants nothing more than to terrorize his town of Glen Echo by going on a killing spree. He talks to aspiring filmmaker Taylor Gentry (Angela Goethals), and they conspire to make a documentary feature of his murders. They give Taylor's crew exclusive access to Leslie's life as he sets out to make a legend of himself as a serial killer.
