Joe Pesci stars as mob hit man Tommy Spinelle who loses his duffel bag along with its contents (eight heads of slain gangsters) at an airport. The bag is mistakenly picked up by a young couple (Andy Comeau and Kristy Swanson) who are heading to Mexico for a relaxing vacation, which turns out to be anything but.
