| | The Younger Brother | 1fatts 10/15/2007 | Story goes like this: There were two brothers who worked together in business. They were liars, cheats, devious, cruel and unprincipled. When the elder of the two died, the clergyman called to give the eulogy found himself in a quandary: he did not want to lie, but, on the other hand, he could find no one who had anything whatever positive to say about the deceased. People he spoke to could not stop themselves from going on and on about how repugnant the man had been ethically, socially, morally, personally and professionally. The best the clergyman could come up with in his eulogy was: "No one I spoke to had a single bad word to say about him."
As luck would have it, however, within a few weeks, the younger brother died as well. While he was also universally despised, he had simply not lived long enough to achieve the level of detestability that his older brother had mastered.
This proved the salvation of the poor clergyman, who could begin his eulogy with, "This was a man that we even more beloved than his older brother."
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is an even better film than the first Fantastic Four. |

| | a movie that truly shows not just true heroes but, true sacr | angel 04/19/2007 | this movie not only shows true heroes but, true sacrifice. Matthew broderick's role as colonial robert shaw was wonderful. I think he fit the part very well. You can understand what he's feeling. Despite a lot of the sergents/majors that don't treat the black troops the respect they should get, robert continues to work with them & become the best troops they can be. Denzel washington's part was good as well as morgan fredom, and some on cary elwes part as robert's friend. I clearly give this 10 points. The music is always wonderful & goes well with the movie. I felt heartfelt
& touched by the flim & I hope you will enjoy it too. Thank you. And as robert said "may god bless us all. |
