Backpackers–Alex (Josh Duhamel), Bea (Olivia Wilde), and Amy (Beau Garrett)–are vacationing in Brazil when their bus careens off a cliff leaving them marooned along with Pru (Melissa George), Finn (Desmond Askew), and Liam (Max Brown) at a beach bar while they wait for the next bus. After a series of mishaps, the group is led into the jungle by a local boy, Kiko (Agles Steib), who leads the unwary tourists to a torture compound where his serial killer uncle, Doctor Zamora (Miguel Lunardi), lies in wait, ready to harvest their vital organs and donate them to a local hospital.
