This dark horror film from Jesus Franco follows Irma (Mabel Karr), the daughter of a scientist who died of a heart attack while working on mind-control experiments. Irma vows revenge on members of the Medical Council whom she holds responsible for her father's death. To accomplish her task, she uses her father's mind control techniques to take over Miss Muerte (Estella Blain) who has long, sharp, lethal fingernails.
