Superhero Darkman (Arnold Vosloo) is back one more time and is still fighting. This time around, his nemesis is crime lord Peter Rooker (Jeff Fahey). After Darkman steals money from Rooker, the crime boss sets a trap using Dr. Bridget Thorne (Darlanne Fluegel) to extract Darkman's super-strength serum to use for the assassination of a public official.
