Set in a small, Florida town, hated bully Ronny (W. Earl Brown) is found murdered with multiple bullet wounds. Walter (Kadeem Hardison) is sent by the state's Attorney General's office to investigate. But it doesn't seem that anyone saw the crime or heard the shots, so Walter has his work cut out for him in solving this crime.
